Cook Time | 5 mins
Servings | 2
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp whipping cream
- 2 tbsp Baileys Liquor
- 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- ¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
Directions
- Pour all ingredients into a glass and mix together. You can use a hand mixer or frother or throw it into blender, ninja or vitamix mixer. Blend for a least 1 minute
- Pour over your coffee of choice and ENJOY!
You can also try out my favorite hand frother and cups to use for cold brew! These are the best cold brew cups because you can watch the cream perfectly mix with the coffee just like in the videos! You can also try my favorite to-go cold brew glasses! However, DO NOT use the spiked cream if you will be driving. Try out my normal pumpkin spice cream instead.
Like I said, this spiked pumpkin spice cream is so simple to make! You can pour it over cold or hot coffee or even pour it over your favorite coffee cake. This recipe is an easy addition to your daily coffee during the fall season, or top an espresso martini or your Thanksgiving desert. It is so simple and quick to make. One of my favorite recipes is the pumpkin spice espresso martini! You can save my recipe graphic below for easy reference in the future!
Happy Hour Message
We are entering the holiday season which can bring excitement for some or anxiety and stress for others. However you are feeling going into this season filled with family, food and traditions, remember to be present. Be present with whoever you surround yourself with this year. If you are seeing family, have deeper conversations and play a board game or card game. If you are spending the holidays away from home, gather up your friends or neighbors who are around and have a potluck. Generate conversation and ask people about their lives.
Life is moving at warp speed and our generation is not great at being present. I encourage you to put your phone down and talk to people this season. Get to know someone new or a family member that you haven’t talked to in a while. I encourage you to make meaningful memories this year wherever you are with whoever you are spending it with. Maybe enjoy this time together with some delicious spiked pumpkin spice cream!
